Career Highlights

Craig Zodikoff is a Senior Vice President of GVA Kidder Mathews and serves as Managing Director of Corporate Services for GVA Worldwide. His real estate experience includes real estate strategy, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, build-to-suits, site selection, labor analysis, state and municipal tax and non-tax incentives and dispositions. He has completed over 200 transactions ranging from 1,200-850,000 square feet in urban, suburban and remote markets around the country.

Named as one of the Top 20 Commercial Real Estate Brokers of 2007, by the San Francisco Business Times, Craig has worked in commercial real estate for over eleven years, following three years in the practice of law. His understanding of corporate structures, liability issues, "green" construction and real estate transactions has served his clients well. Through both local and national account relationships, Craig has lead projects within every asset type from sales offices to headquarters, R&D to major distribution centers, including over 2.5 million square feet of build to suit projects. His expertise spans many industries including financial services, law firms, life sciences, technology, non-profits, consumer products and manufacturing.

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Craig managed Equis Corporation's San Francisco brokerage operations for over five years, focusing on both local and national accounts and was one of Equis' top producers. Craig has been quoted in articles appearing in Commercial Property News, Barron's, Real Estate Forum and the San Francisco Business Times. At the beginning of his career, Craig was a practicing attorney focusing in the areas of corporate law, bankruptcy and commercial real estate. During that time, Craig structured limited partnerships, corporations and handled issues pertaining to secured lending, bankruptcy, consumer credit law, and real estate.
