Career Highlights

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews in 2000, Matt had spent 12 years in industrial leasing and sales with Cushman & Wakefield and Norris, Beggs & Simpson.  He is currently a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, which certifies its members with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.  He has completed the 240 hours of graduate level curriculum required by the CCIM Institute and is currently a candidate for designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Matt has sold investment properties totaling $200 million and has been involved in leasing over ten million square feet of industrial space.  A brief summary of some of these transactions is as follows:

• 358,000 SF lease transaction between Panattoni and APS

• 117,000 SF lease transaction between ProLogis and Volvo Aerospace

• 178,000 SF building sale on behalf of RREEF

• 150,000 SF lease transaction between Panattoni and Simmons Mattress

• 185,000 SF lease transaction between RREEF and TMX

• 490,700 SF lease transaction between AMB and DHL/EXEL

• 756,100 SF two building disposition on behalf of Panattoni

• 250,000 SF building sale on behalf of LaSalle Investment

• $11,000,000 investment sale to NBS Capital Adivsors

• 224,000 SF lease transaction between Teutsch and Eagle Global Logistics
