Career Highlights

Mr. Stone joined GVA Kidder Mathews in June 1997, and has been actively engaged in office leasing and the sale of commercial properties.  He commenced his real estate career in 1965 as an office leasing broker, bringing us 40+ years of San Francisco real estate expertise.

During his career, Mr. Stone has represented clients in leasing and investment sales and he has also specialized in the sale of transferable development rights for major hi-rise developments.

Mr. Stone has had extensive experience in the exclusive representation of corporate, private and institutional clients, as well as representing both corporate and private investors in the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, including office and industrial buildings, shopping centers and apartments in the greater San Francisco area.  He has served as President of the San Francisco Board of Realtors and as Director of the California Association of Realtors.

Education

Mr. Stone is a graduate of the University of California, where he received a B.S. in Liberal Arts and served two years as an officer on active duty in the U.S. Navy.
