Industry Experience: 22 years
Stan Snow joined GVA Kidder Mathews in 1999 after eight years at CB Richard Ellis in Seattle and five years at Schneider Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles. Stan has worked on some of the largest and most complex projects in Seattle’s history, including the redevelopment of SODO Center (now Starbucks Headquarters) – 1,800,000 SF. Within two years of starting in the business, he became a top producer and has now been involved in more than 15,000,000 SF of projects.
In addition to Stan’s experience in industrial and corporate services, he has also represented clients with office, mixed use residential, apartment, retail, and investment requirements.
Stan provides brokerage and consulting services for acquisition and disposition; investment sales; leasing; tenant representation; redevelopment/adaptive reuse; build-to-suits; company relocations, consolidations or expansion.

Professional / Civic Affiliations
Stan has served as Chairman of Seattle Young Life’s Executive Committee, member of the Seattle/King County Economic Development Council Task Force, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors. In 2002-2003 Stan worked with many of the region’s top leaders to develop a regional economic development strategy now known as the Prosperity Partnership.
Education
Stan received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from California State University Northridge in 1983.
