Jason is a recognized market leader in Tenant Representation. With an unmatched comprehension of lease language and financial analysis, Jason delivers a complex range of skills and services to each assignment. Jason joined GVA Kidder Mathews in 2002.
2004 Puget Sound SIOR Office Broker of the Year nominee; #1 Revenue Producing GVA Kidder Mathews Office Broker – 2004; Consistent GVA Kidder Mathews Top Performer; and Lead of GVA Kidder Mathews Office Broker Specialty Group.
Jason began his career at Colliers International where he earned multiple awards and designations including: “Rookie of the Year”, awarded to the firm’s Puget Sound office’s highest revenue producing first year broker. The youngest member of the firm’s “Top Ten Club” awarded to the firm’s top ten revenue producing Puget Sound brokers. He also became a member of the firm’s "International Awards of Excellence," an honor recognizing the top producing brokers in the firm’s family of companies.
Jason is a founding board member of Guys Night Out, an annual dinner and auction event benefiting local charities. The event began in 1999 and has raised over $100,000 for local charities. Jason is active in many charitable organizations, including Christmas in April and the Washington Technology Industry Association. Christmas in April is a national event whereby individuals and companies assist low income, elderly or otherwise disadvantaged individuals in repairing and remodeling their homes. With the Washington Technology Industry Association, Jason has served in numerous capacities and volunteered for several events, including the monthly dinner meeting committee and the annual Industry Achievement Awards.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Management from Seattle Pacific University. He was on the President's Honor Roll for six quarters of his college education. Jason was also a four-year scholarship recipient and full time starter on the nationally ranked Seattle Pacific University Men's Soccer Team, competing in the National Championship Tournament three out of his four collegiate years.
