Career Summary
Stan joined GVA Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services as of
February 2003, to open and manage the new Tacoma Advisory office. Stan
is available to provide consultation services and valuation analysis on
a variety of commercial property types, including office, industrial,
retail, and multi-family residential properties. Stan also brings
expertise in the valuation of a variety of special-purpose properties
such as golf courses, convenience stores, automobile dealerships,
marinas, athletic clubs/fitness centers, and hotels, and properties
impacted by wetlands or hazardous waste contamination.
Stan has 27 years of
combined real estate and banking experience, including 13 years as a
real estate appraiser. In addition to valuation analysis and
consulting, Stan has experience in property and asset management,
leasing, sales, loan underwriting and credit approval.
