Career Highlights

Terry operates as a broker for GVA Kidder Mathews in our Bellevue office. He specializes in commercial real estate sales, land acquisitions and leasing in Snohomish County and North King County, particularly in the SR-527 corridor between Bothell and Everett. Terry currently has listings for ten of the most prominent properties in the Mill Creek area.

Terry has the unique ability to complete complicated transactions while maintaining his focus, dedication and enthusiasm during negotiations. He has a track record of completing transactions with a special emphasis on customer service.

Background/Experience

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Terry had an extensive sales and marketing career in product identification where he built a customer oriented business with a reputation for service, satisfaction and follow through. He achieved the all-time industry record for total product sales in the Pacific Northwest. Terry also served as the Capital Campaign Director for a local private high school.

In his spare time, Terry serves his community by coaching boys’ and girls’ soccer teams at local high schools and is currently in his fourth term as Mayor for the City of Mill Creek.
