Tom has lived and been doing business on the Eastside since 1980, working in real estate development, construction and real estate sales and leasing, Tom has been in brokerage for 21 years; working for Grubb & Ellis, the Regency Group, and in 2000 became a member of GVA Kidder Mathews team. Tom specializes in the selling and leasing of commercial office and industrial buildings. Tom has wide-based experience in sports and fitness facilities, office buildings, manufacturing, distribution and investment properties. Tom represents both Landlords and Tenants in the marketplace. To date, Tom has completed over $80 million of sales transactions.
