Career Highlights
Al Robertson is a Principal of GVA Kidder Mathews with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience within the Greater Puget Sound region. During his first seven years with Grubb & Ellis, Al served primarily as a Corporate Representative for national and local firms completing over 3.5 million square feet of real estate transactions. Since joining GVA Kidder Mathews in 1993, Al has expanded his services to include development design and entitlement, construction project management and corporate services/consultation.
Projects completed of interest over the past 12 months include: the representation of Complete Office in their efforts to identify and acquire a 32,000 SF corporate headquarter facility in South Seattle; the representation of Primus International (Boeing Subcontractor) in their efforts to secure a 130,000 SF facility for the expansion of their Auburn, Washington division; the representation of ProLogis in their acquisition of the former Christian Faith Center in SeaTac, Washington. This particular project will be designed to service the growing demand for logistics/distribution facilities with close airport proximity.
Education/Affiliations
Al has a degree from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While attending the University, he participated in the Husky Football program from 1980 through 1985, culminating his career with the Huskies as the starting left offensive guard on the 1985 Orange Bowl Championship Team.
Al is a member of the Washington Athletic Club.
