Career Highlights
Bruce Peart joined GVA Kidder Mathews in October 1998 as an Investment Real Estate Broker, specializing in the marketing and sale of multi-family properties and multi-family sites typically ranging from 100 to 400+ units in size.
Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Mr. Peart was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis’s Seattle Office from 1994 to 1998, where his 1997 transactions placed him in the “Top Five” percent of CB’s Puget Sound Offices.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Peart was a Senior Marketing Consultant for nearly ten years with Grubb & Ellis’ Seattle Office where he was in the “Top 10” each year since 1986.
Education
Mr. Peart has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
Professional Affiliations
Mr. Peart is Director of GVA Kidder Mathews’ Multi-family Group. He is an active candidate for the CCIM designation offered though the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors and holds membership in the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors. While at Grubb & Ellis Company, he served on the company’s National Investment Committee.
