Chris Moe is a principal and past member of GVA Kidder Mathews’ Board of Directors.  Since 1994, Chris has worked for GVA Kidder Mathews, representing clients in lease/purchase negotiations in the greater Seattle marketplace.  Chris is a top producer in the company and has been directly involved in assisting clients in some of the largest office transactions in the Greater Seattle market.

Chris is the Managing Broker of the GVA Kidder Mathews Seattle office and the Director of the GVA Kidder Mathews Technology Services Group, which was formed in 1999 to serve the unique needs of clients in technology based industries.

Chris represents only tenants/buyers and does not list property for sale or lease.  His practice includes both local and multi-market transactions on behalf of his clients.

Chris is a native of Bend, Oregon.  He moved to Seattle after earning Bachelor of Arts Degrees in marketing and communications from the University of Oregon.
