Career Highlights

Andy has been associated with GVA Kidder Mathews since 1982.  Andy started out as an industrial leasing agent in the Seattle and Bellevue markets, during which time he was responsible for leasing over 1 million square feet of industrial and business park space.

Since 1985, Andy has focused his brokerage activities on institutional and private investment sales.  Andy has represented a wide variety of local and national investor clients and has closed sales that total over $1 billion during his career.  Andy is a principal owner and member of the Board of Directors for GVA Kidder Mathews.
