Career
Summary
Tim McNally joined GVA Kidder Mathews as Senior Property Manager for
Overlake Hospital Medical Center, in June of 2001, after operating his
own real estate services firm, McNally & Associates, in Santa Barbara,
California. He became Director of Real Estate for Overlake Hospital
Medical Center in September of 2001. Previously he served as Senior
Vice President of The Towbes Group, Inc., with primary responsibility
for asset and property management operations of a closely held Santa
Barbara based development, construction and management company. As a
member of the Senior Management Team, Tim was responsible for 45
properties valued in excess of $225,000,000, the related property
managers, commercial leasing agents, marketing director, office staff,
and resident managers.
With thirty-nine (39) years experience in all aspects of commercial real
estate, including consulting, brokerage, brokerage management,
development, asset management, and residential management. Tim’s
experience spans multiple major markets in the Puget Sound Region, as
well as the Southern California area, including Santa Barbara. Director
of Real Estate responsibilities include planning and integrating of real
estate functions to support Client goals and priorities; communicate
Client vision and priorities and facilitate team development in
alignment with organizational goals; assess and improve real estate
planning and execution; develop real estate strategic plan; direct
strategic planning, financial and operations analysis and design
construction of property acquisitions and dispositions; participate in
site selection, review of potential acquisitions, analyze performance
projections and objectives; and negotiate acquisitions, implement
decisions through collaboration with Client Board.
Tim is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®),
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed real estate
broker, and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and
Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
and a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
