Career Highlights

Mark joined GVA Kidder Mathews in 1994, with the inception of their apartment division.  As an associate and Shareholder of GVA Kidder Mathews, Mark specializes in the marketing and sales of apartment buildings and investment properties throughout the Puget Sound region.  He has developed extensive contact throughout the greater Northwest and Western region of the United States with other brokers, developers, owners/institutions in an effort to expand upon the local region and as yield requirements have demanded other markets for investment.

Mark possesses the skills necessary to quickly evaluate properties, as well as determine the needs, investment goals, and exit strategies of existing property owners.  In addition, he has the market knowledge to educate new investors to current market trends and conditions.

Education/Experience

Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Washington State University.  Mark is proficient with the following computer applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Act, and planEASe.

Organizations, Awards, and Activities

Mark is a member of Washington State Chapter of CCIM, Caledonian & Saint Andrews Society of Seattle, City of North Bend Planning Commission, Bellevue Downtown Association, and the Washington State Commercial Association of REALTORS.  In addition, Mark is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) professional designation.
