Career Highlights
Timothy I. Mason is a Senior Vice President with GVA Kidder Mathews, and he oversees the San Francisco brokerage group. Mason's breadth of skills and experience enables him to undertake a variety of assignments on behalf of GVA Kidder Mathews, which assignments include the sale and purchase of investment properties, advising corporate clients on their existing and future space needs, co-chairing GVA's North American investment sales group, and promoting the broad range of services offered by GVA Worldwide.
Professional Brokerage Experience
On joining GVA Kidder Mathews in 1999, Mason brought over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to the firm. Mason moved to the United States, from London, in 1981 and became Managing Director of Jones Lang Wootton's west coast operations. Subsequently Mason was a founding partner in Knight Frank's San Francisco office which became the North American head quarters for this international full service real estate firm.
