Experience

Joe Lynch has been active in the local commercial real estate industry since 1997.  In that time, he has been involved in over $60,000,000 worth of lease transactions and over $200,000,000 in sales transactions, including the successful purchase, development, and pre-lease of over 2,000,000 square feet.  By representing both landlords and tenants, Joe has gained a thorough understanding of what is needed to manage lease transactions with win-win outcomes, while representing his clients’ best interests.

He considers himself an extension of his clients’ companies and takes the time to learn his clients’ true facility needs.  Joe will stay involved from the day his clients begin to evaluate their real estate needs, through the final walk-through, and will always be available for continued support throughout the tenant’s occupancy.

Joe received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1993 from the University of California Irvine.
