Pat started her real estate career with CB Richard Ellis and moved to GVA Kidder Mathews in 1999. Pat offers excellent service and long-term commitment to retail tenants expanding in the Seattle market and beyond.  Pat specializes in land and building sales to retail users and developers as well as retail leasing.


Transaction Highlights

Cost Plus World Market – Recently completed transactions for this 18,300 square foot tenant in Silverdale, Olympia, Woodinville, and Redmond.

REI – Pat relocated REI to Alderwood Mall and sold their Lynnwood building to an office developer. She completed transactions for REI’s stores in Redmond Town Center, Tacoma, Southcenter and Issaquah.

Walgreen Drug Co. – Pat was selected by Evergreen Development, one of Walgreen’s preferred developers to represent them in the long-term site acquisition program for Walgreen’s entry and expansion into the Seattle/Tacoma market. Pat completed 17 sites, including eight in Tacoma and one in downtown Seattle.

Pacific Trading Cards – Pat sold Pacific Trading Cards’ 35,768 sf building and 2.27 acre site in Lynnwood.

Far Fetched Import Furniture/Cloud 9 Mattress & More – Pat was selected to exclusively represent this local company with a rapid expansion of both their retail concepts.  To date, she has completed Cloud 9 transactions in Redmond, Lynnwood, and Southcenter and a combined location in a downtown Bellevue free-standing building.

Downtown Kirkland Site – Pat sold a prominent 72,000 sf redevelopment site to Trammel Crow Residential.

KeyBank – Pat handled the sale of nine excess bank branches, acquired three new branch leases and facilitated three subleases.

KeyBank Trust Real Estate – Pat sold or leased several former Schuck’s Auto Supply buildings on behalf of KeyBank Trust.

Affiliations

Pat is an active member of the Program Committee for the Pacific Northwest ICSC.  Pat is also a past Chair of the Commercial Brokers’ Associated Arbitration Board.
