Marty joined GVA Kidder Mathews in 2000. He has quickly approached the designation of CCIM and enjoys the financial analysis challenges highlighted in the courses and transferring them to real life applications. He is a contributing member of local and national career oriented organizations such as RHA and WSCAR.
Since joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Marty has been directly involved in transactions in excess of $230,000,000.00. He is partnered with Ron Davis, a 40+ year veteran of the multi-family market here in the Puget Sound, one of the company’s “Top Producers” and the first apartment broker in the company’s history to receive this achievement.
