Career Summary

Jim Kidder has been in the commercial industrial real estate business since 1986.  Jim’s expertise lies in industrial sales and leasing, primarily in the South Seattle market, termed Close-In, which lies between Ballard and Tukwila.

Jim’s success in industrial real estate is attributed to his comprehensive experience of 22 years in the same specialization, his in-depth product knowledge, and his understanding of today’s corporate real estate needs.  Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Jim was in the marine construction industry. Jim now serves on the Board of Directors for GVA Kidder Mathews.

Jim holds the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.  An SIOR designation is awarded to agents who have met stringent transactional and educational requirements, as well as meet the standards for reputation and integrity required by the Society.  Jim is the 2008/2009 Washington State Chapter President of SIOR.
