Professional Background

Brian brings a strong background in property management and development, as well as small business ownership, to the GVA Kidder Mathews team.  Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews in 1991, Brian was involved in real estate development as a project manager/co-owner and property manager.  The scope of his responsibilities included conceptualization of projects, daily control of the work sites, employees and subcontractors, and the promotion and leasing of space.

Brian's experience in development and as a business owner gives him a unique perspective in working with companies wishing to relocate their facilities, which has led Brian to specialize in representing landlords and tenants.  He has worked with entities such as King County, Ball-Incon Glass Company, Lindal Cedar Homes, Westamerica, Contour Industries, and Marriott Services Corporation.

Recent Production

Brian has consistently been one of GVA Kidder Mathews most productive brokers and has been recognized as one of the top 10 brokers companywide.  Landlords and Tenants benefit from his marketing and transaction experience.

Education

Brian is a Cum Laude Honors graduate of Gonzaga University, and has completed the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Certification Program.
