Career
Summary
Keith has primary accountability for the delivery of GVA Kidder Mathews’
real estate management capabilities throughout the firm’s 18.7 million
square foot managed portfolio for a diverse investor clientele in the
Pacific Northwest that includes institutional and private investors,
corporations, and non-profit foundations.
With 27 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate,
including consulting, brokerage, investment, development and asset
management, Keith’s experience spans multiple major markets including
Houston and Dallas, Phoenix, Portland, and the Puget Sound Region;
executive management responsibilities include real estate asset
management, business development, strategic planning, and organizational
development, with profit/loss accountability.
Keith joined Quadrant/KMS Management Services as General Manager and
Principal in 1998 after operating his own consulting and brokerage
practice, and became Executive Vice President of the firm’s Property
Services Division in 2002. Previously, he served as Director of Property
Services for The Norman Company in Seattle, and Northwest Regional
President of Koll Management Services in Seattle and Portland, Oregon;
Keith began his career as a Property Manager with Hines Interests
Limited Partnership in Houston, Texas.
Keith is a shareholder in the firm and helps determine
company strategy and policy as a member of the firm’s elected Board of
Directors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in
Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified
Property Manager (CPM®), a licensed real estate broker, and
is a member of the King County Association of Realtors, the National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute
of Real Estate Management (IREM), and instructs qualification courses
for IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation as a
member of IREM’s National Faculty.
