Career Summary
Jim Jensen is an investment broker that focuses on multifamily and retail investment across greater Western Washington. Jim comes to GVA Kidder Mathews after gaining valuable experience at two of the nations largest firms (Colliers International and Coldwell Banker Commercial).
Jim has represented some of the largest landlords in the state as well as some of the largest in the country. He focuses on off-market deals where he can show value to his buyers through direct deals with a seller. Jim has closed well over 100 million dollars in transactions.
He has also represented landlords and tenants in multiple leasing assignments in retail, industrial, and office products across Western Washington.
Jim resides in Tacoma, Washington, where he is a fourth generation businessman in the historical City of Destiny. Jim loves spending time with his family and being active in athletics.
