Career Summary

Ms. Hughes has over 10 years experience in the property management field.  She has worked on all property types with extensive retail experience.

Jane is experienced in dealing with a variety of tenant types including the large anchor tenants such as Albertsons, Rite Aid, Radio Shack and J.C. Penney's, government tenants such as the Washington State Liquor Store, corporate tenants such as Bechtel and State Farm, as well as the smaller locally owned retail size tenants.

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Jane was with a local development company managing over one million square feet of industrial and retail from the development stage through tenant occupancy.

Jane holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA^®) designation and has a Washington state real estate license.  She is working on obtaining her Certified Property Management (CPM^®) designation.  She is involved with the Building Owner’s and Managers Association (BOMA).  Jane also volunteers as a Disaster Assistance Worker for the American Red Cross.
