Craig Hogan offers his real estate services at GVA Kidder Mathews in Seattle, Washington.  Mr. Hogan was the 1993 President of the Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

After graduating from California State University at Long Beach in 1966, with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Mr. Hogan entered the United States Marine Corps to fulfill his military obligation.  After serving active duty, he entered the job market with IBM Corporation as a Sales Representative in Los Angeles.  During his nine years at IBM, he worked in South and East Los Angeles, Modesto and Long Beach, California.  In 1976, he came to the State of Washington where he was Vice President of Marketing for Key Technology Corporation, then a division of Applied Magnetics Corporation.  In 1981, he started his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis in Seattle and in 1984 associated with GVA Kidder Mathews where he practices his profession.

Since 1981, he has specialized in industrial property located in the south end of Seattle, from the Kingdome through the Boeing Field area and into the Kent Valley.  Mr. Hogan has dealt extensively with hazardous waste issues.

In his many years of experience, he has been involved with some unusual transactions in addition to the more typical buy, sell, build-to-suit, and lease transactions.  He is an investor/landlord of office/warehouse properties in South Seattle.  This experience has made him a seasoned performer who recognizes that the value of the relationship between the broker and the principal is the most important part of any business transaction.

Mr. Hogan was a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) from 1988 to 1991.  During the period from 1986 through 1995, he was an instructor at the CBA sponsored Commercial Connections.  From 1991 through 1996 he was a faculty member at the CLE Hazardous Waste Seminars.  These seminars offer clock hour credits for the legal profession and the real estate profession.  In 1985, Mr. Hogan became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors where he has served as the Secretary, Vice President and President of the Washington State Chapter.  He was nominated Industrial Broker of the Year in 1997.  In 1999 he was elected to the Board of Directors of North Star Bank.
