Career Summary

Vanessa Herzog has over twenty years of commercial real estate experience.  Her expertise includes industrial sales and acquisition, build-to-suit site selection, and leasing.  Her area of expertise includes Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties.

One of Vanessa’s major areas of work is the Meridian Campus Commerce Business Center. In 1993, Weyerhaeuser Real Estate retained her as the marketing, leasing, and sales representative for Commerce Place Business and Industrial Park Meridian Campus.  Since 1993, she has been responsible for locating over three million square feet in the Park.
