Gregg Herrell is a partner and Senior Vice President with GVA Kidder Mathews.  He has been working industrial real estate in Seattle since 1977. Mr. Herrell is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

An SIOR designation means Mr. Herrell has met SIOR’s stringent qualifications for membership including:  minimum successful transactional experience, a minimum time commitment for actively engaging in commercial real estate brokerage, certain reputation standards for sincerity and integrity, and finally, an SIOR designate must successfully complete courses which pertain specifically to advanced industrial brokerage.

Mr. Herrell’s success in industrial real estate is attributed to his extensive years of experience in the same specialization and region, his in-depth product knowledge and his understanding of today’s real estate needs including facility needs planning.

Mr. Herrell specializes in marketing industrial buildings and tenant representative work in the Southend of Seattle and the Kent Valley.
