Brian L. Hatcher has a proven track record over the last 21 years in representing several of the Puget Sound’s finest corporations and major office building projects.  Most notable among the office buildings that Brian has represented are The Plaza at Yarrow Bay (400,000 sq. ft.), Quadrant Plaza (142,000 sq. ft.), Koll Center I-90 (88,000 sq. ft.), Bellefield Office Park (400,000 sq. ft.), Sunset Corporate Campus (145,000 sq. ft.), and the WestWater Portfolio (200,000 sq. ft.). He also exclusively representing tenants such as Sprint, AT&T, Bunzl Papercraft, HDR Engineers, and Univar to name a few.

Throughout his career, Brian has completed over 1,000 lease transactions on the Eastside, and with his extensive professional experience and strategic abilities, Brian has the skills necessary to complete even the most complex real estate transactions.

Education/Associations

Brian attended both the University of Washington and Seattle University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  In addition to being one of the top producing brokers in the Puget Sound, he is strongly committed to community service as well as the real estate industry.  Brian is past President of SIOR (Society of Industrial/Office Realtors) for Washington State and also served as Vice President.  He is a member of the Snohomish County YMCA Board of Trustees, as well as the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce New Century Committee.
