Career Highlights

Marcella Harrison has been active in the San Francisco/Greater Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Market since 1982.  Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews in the spring of 2002, she was associated with CB Commercial Real Estate, GVA Beitler, and Resource Commercial Real Estate.

Professional Brokerage Experience

During her career, Ms. Harrison has represented property types ranging from historic redevelopment buildings to traditional R&D/flex-type products to suburban office parks.  Most of her Landlord work included pre-leasing projects in San Francisco and South San Francisco; through her efforts, these projects obtained the highest rental rates in their markets, and were 100% leased upon project completion.  Landlord clients include Bay West Development Company, Learner Development Company, Simeon Properties, and Neu Investment Corporation.

As a Tenant Representative, her focus has been on relocating Corporate Clients from urban locales to suburban markets.  Clients whom she has represented include AT&T, Brinks Incorporated, Cupertino Electric, Levi Strauss, Progressive Insurance, Steelcase, Inc., The Thomson Companies, and UCSF.

In the last 24 months, Ms. Harrison has also been involved with sales of Bay Area office and industrial properties totaling over $95,000,000 and more than 975,000 square feet.  Her investment clients include B.R. Funsten & Co., The Flynn Companies, Glenborough Realty, and Levin & Menzies.
