Career Highlights

Michael Gschwend focuses in the sale and leasing of income producing properties, primarily office transactions.  He is also well qualified to advise tenants in the lease negotiation process.  Working closely with Dave Wientjes, Mr. Gschwend plays an integral role in maintaining existing business relationships as well as fostering new ones.  Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, he worked for Marcus & Millichap specializing in the disposition of investment properties throughout the Bay Area.
