Career Highlights

Charlie joined GVA Kidder Mathews in August 2007 and has been involved with marketing real estate developments in the Puget Sound area since 1990.  Charlie specializes in office condominiums, industrial and investments sales and analysis.  Prior to his association with GVA Kidder Mathews, Charlie was an account manager for Condominium Marketing Group Inc., where he marketed properties all over the Puget Sound region, from Olympia to Everett.  Charlie grew up in the Olympia area, and now resides there with his family.  His community involvement has aided him in his tremendous success and production in commercial real estate.
