Career Highlights

Dave operates as a commercial broker for GVA Kidder Mathews in our Tacoma office. He specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation of industrial leasing properties and sales in the Port of Tacoma – Pierce County, and South King County markets.  His primary focus is on improved properties.

Prior to joining GVAKM in 2007, Goodsell spent four years as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser for Ockfen & Montro Commercial Real Estate Appraising in Tacoma. As an appraiser Goodsell specialized in all commercial real estate property types.

Education/Experience

Bachelor of Business Administration, Pacific Lutheran University, 1999 (Marketing Resource Management Concentration).

During college, Dave was a member of the Pacific Lutheran University football team, as an Outside Linebacker, which won the 1999 Division III National Championship in football.

Since 2003, Dave has been the Varsity Outside Linebacker Coach at Bellarmine Prep High School in Tacoma.
