Ben Garrett specializes in representing Seattle area office tenants in lease transactions. As a member of GVA Kidder Mathews’ Tenant Representation Division, Ben works only on behalf of tenants. Placing his clients’ best interests above all else, Ben is a staunch advocate focused on finding the best office space solutions possible. Free from landlord-imposed constraints, Ben attacks the negotiation process to secure the most attractive economic lease terms for his clients.
Ben’s deep knowledge of the Seattle office market affords his clients a wealth of timely information that is vital to the leasing process. Ben has worked with a wide variety of office users and particularly enjoys representing young and emerging companies.
