As a Real Estate Broker licensed in Oregon and Washington, Rebecca provides landlord and tenant representation in leasing and sales transactions in office, flex and retail product.  Her market knowledge allows her to locate the perfect tenants for landlords and the ideal location for tenants.

Career Highlights

Rebecca joined GVA Kidder Mathews in January, 2008.  She commenced her career in commercial real estate in 1985, and since then has held positions with organizations including, Norris, Beggs & Simpson, Wright Runstad & Co., KG Investment Management, LLC, and Schnitzer Investment Corporation, where she was responsible for a 2,000,000 SF portfolio valued in excess of $30 million.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has leased and managed a variety of product types, including CBD Class A and historic office, suburban and medical office, anchored shopping centers, strip retail, industrial, flex/hi-tech business parks and multi-family.  She has marketed and managed portfolios for a variety of clients from local to institutional investors through declining and expanding markets.  Rebecca’s extensive experience enables her to position clients’ assets to maximize value.
