In doing so, he helps his clients determine their needs and wants, and then he helps them achieve their goals. Scott was awarded the SIOR Industrial Transaction of the Year in 2001. He is active in the commercial real estate community and has affiliations with several organizations including a board member position at the Columbia River Economic Development Council.
Scott focuses his expertise on large industrial building sales, large land sales and development, which often involves site selection assignments, business parks, Port districts, and user facilities in the southern counties of the State of Washington.
