Career
Summary
Cameron Doré graduated from Washington State University with a
Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration, combining a degree in
Real Estate with a minor in Finance.
Since joining GVA Kidder Mathews’ Valuation Advisory Services Division
in 2002, Cameron has performed primary and secondary source research for
appraisal reports. Recent appraisal and consulting assignments include
valuation and feasibility analysis on a variety of property types,
including office, medical office, high-tech, retail, warehouse,
churches, condominiums, multifamily, affordable housing, nursing homes,
restaurants, residential subdivisions and forest and timber lands.
Experience also includes partial interests, special use properties,
feasibility studies, and portfolio assignments. Areas of experience
include work in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho,
Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
