Career Summary

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Colleen was a top producing broker with Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc.  During this time she served on the Board of Directors for the Portland/Vancouver Commercial Real Estate Association and Commercial Association of Realtors Education Committee. Nominated by her peers as Retail Broker of the Year in 1998, Colleen has been a top producer both in the Portland market as well as the Pacific Northwest.

Ms. Colleary has acted in a consultative capacity as well as front line negotiator for project development product disposition and acquisition, site selection, competition analyses, feasibility studies, and product repositioning.

Ms. Colleary has assisted P.O.B.
