Career Summary

Stacie Chadwick serves as Managing Director of Corporate Services for GVA Worldwide Corporate Services at the San Francisco partner firm, GVA Kidder Mathews.   Her real estate experience includes portfolio management, real estate strategy, transaction negotiations, financial analysis, market analysis, mergers and acquisitions, build-to-suits, site selection, lease buy-outs, state and municipal tax incentives, and dispositions.  She has completed over 200 transactions ranging from 2,000 to 240,000 square feet in urban and suburban markets around the country as well as multiple international markets.

Stacie has worked in commercial real estate for over eleven years including three years as a corporate head of real estate for a diverse international portfolio.  Her understanding of portfolio structure, real estate strategy and implementation, and real estate transactions has served her clients well.  Through both local and national account relationships, Stacie has directed projects within every asset type from headquarters to sales offices, major warehouse distribution centers, and over 900,000 square feet of build-to-suit projects.  Her expertise spans multiple industries including telecommunications, consulting, financial services, technology, consumer products and manufacturing.

Prior to joining GVA, Stacie served and Managing Director of Real Estate for Scient Corp’s international real estate portfolio.  Stacie completed over 1,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions on behalf of Scient in dynamic markets including New York City, London, San Francisco, Chicago, Paris, Tokyo, Boston and Los Angeles.  Stacie served as a Vice President focusing on tenant representation with Equis Corporation and Mesirow Stein Real Estate prior to joining Scient.  Stacie received her BA from Miami University (Ohio).
