Career Summary

Kristi Carver is a Senior Property Manager for the Portland office of GVA Kidder Mathews.  During her career exclusively in the Portland market, she has managed and leased for several downtown office buildings.  Two of these buildings are on the historical register; including the Tiffany Center, a major downtown entertainment and conference venue.  During her management of Tiffany Center, a number of significant political events were held on site including a fundraising dinner with the then United States President, Bill Clinton.

Kristi is currently managing 1.7 million square feet of office and industrial property spread over three sub-markets in the Portland metro area.  Clients range from individual private ownerships to large institutional owners.

Over the past 10 years, Kristi has managed over one half million square feet of office product and over 3.5 million square feet of industrial property.

Kristi is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Oregon.  She is currently working towards receiving the Building Owners and Manager’s Association’s (BOMA) Registered Property Administrator (RPA) designation which she is expects to accomplish by year-end 2006.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communications from Oregon State University.
