Career Summary
Gordon K. Buchan is the President and COO of GVA Kidder Mathews and also holds the title of
Secretary/Treasurer. He has more than 24 years experience in both
commercial brokerage and brokerage management and is a principal with
the firm.
Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews in 1990,
Gordon was Vice President and a principal with the commercial firm of
Bullier & Bullier of Washington, Inc. (formerly Lambuth, Sill &
Sprague).
He holds the SIOR designation as a member of
the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the CCIM designation
as a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment
Real Estate Institute. Both designations are affiliated with the
National Association of Realtors.
Gordon serves as Vice President of Programs
and President Elect for the Seattle Chapter of CoreNet Global, and is on
the board for the Commercial Brokers Associate (CBA). He also
serves on the Real Estate License Law Task Force for the State of
Washington Department of Licensing.
