Career Highlights

Nelle joined GVA Kidder Mathews in February, 2008, and is the newest member of a team with Joe Lynch and Bob Conrad. She will be focusing on office leasing, landlord representation, and institutional sales in the Eastside office market.  Her primary responsibility for this team is to develop and maintain marketing information such as flyers, prospect for new tenants through cold calling and direct mailers, handle the majority of the building tours, and keep track of the progress to ensure deals move towards a close.

Before joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Nelle spent the past 2.5 years as an agent with Catalyst Commercial Partners in Seattle.  She was with the local appraisal firm, Integra Realty Resources, prior to that.
