Career
Summary
Alixandra Brevig is Senior Property Manager for our Portland, Oregon
office. She has been in the Portland real estate market place for the
last 18-years. Prior to that time she worked in the San Francisco Bay
Area for Koll Management Services.
Alixandra has managed retail, office and industrial properties
predominantly for institutional owners. She has been an on site manager
for several class A and B office buildings both in Oregon and in
California. She has managed retail properties ranging from 30,000 sf to
280,000 sf. Additionally she has managed office and industrial parks
from 600,000 sf to 1,700,000 sf. She has consistently created value
through proactive management practices.
Alixandra has been responsible for leasing, construction management,
financial reporting, budgets and tenant relations throughout her career.
She has been involved in the start up of new buildings, working directly
with the developers. She also has abundant experience with property
transitions as a result of a sale. She has worked with lenders and
vendors in the due diligence portion of property acquisition. She was
predominantly responsible for preparation of the due diligence materials
for a property sale on behalf of an institutional owner.
Alixandra is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon and
Washington. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate (IREM), the
Building, Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Commercial
Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI). Alixandra has been a leader in
the Portland property management field serving as the President of the
Portland Chapter 29 of IREM in 2002. She also served as Vice President
of Communications for two years, Editor of the Newsletter for three
years and was named as “CPM of the Year” in 1998.
Alixandra received her B.A. in Psychology at the
University of California, Berkeley. She holds the Certified Property
Manager (CPM®) designation, as well as her Certified Commercial
Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
