Career Highlights

Chuck specializes in multifamily investment sales in the greater Portland area and I-5 corridor. Prior to Joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Chuck was a Senior Associate in the Portland office of Marcus & Millichap. During his three years with their firm, Chuck closed over $40 million in apartment transactions and in 2005 was honored with a National Achievement Award and earned Top Listing Agent recognition.

Before becoming active in the brokerage business, Chuck was involved in the management of multiple apartment properties on the University of Oregon campus; this has given Chuck intimate knowledge of property operations from an owner and manager standpoint alike.
