Steve Bouret specializes in complete corporate Real Estate Facilities Services; specifically in corporate representation, asset disposition, land sales and development management for high technology companies. His geographic emphasis is the 101 Technology Corridor and the Silicon Valley and also provide Regional and National Corporate Facilities Services utilizing our 6 office GVA Kidder Mathews and 90 GVA Worldwide world market networks respectively.
Career Highlights
Mr. Bouret joined GVA Kidder Mathews in 2007 after affiliating with BT Commercial since April of 1994. Previous to this he was a Vice President at Cornish & Carey Commercial where he concentrated primarily on R&D and Office brokerage for major corporate and high technology users.
Before a brief stint with his own development firm, Mr. Bouret was associated as Vice President and Northern California Partner with the Stearns Company, a national developer based in Lexington, Kentucky. With Stearns, he was charged with acquisition and marketing of their Northern California Portfolio, which included approximately 75 acres of land, as well as over 500,000 square feet in R&D space. Mr. Bouret also spent almost ten (10) years starting in 1976 with Cushman & Wakefield of California as Vice President dealing with national corporate accounts throughout the western United States. While with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Bouret spent approximately six years in the Oakland office before moving to the San Jose Branch in early 1983 to open the Silicon Valley high technology group. During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Bouret was a top producer specializing in dealing with Fortune 500 industrial and high tech companies, as well as local and national developers.

Industry Involvement
Currently, he is a member of the Belden Club of San Francisco, the East Bay Brokers Association (charter member), the Association of South Bay Brokers and CoreNet.
Comminity Involvement
Mr. Bouret is also active in various civic and charitable affairs. He has served on various fund raising committees for the Children's Health Council at Stanford and is a former Board Member of Windmill School in Portola Valley, The Los Lomitas Educational Foundation in Menlo Park, The Boys and Girls Club as well as being a Class Captain for the Menlo School Annual Fund. At present he serves on the Menlo/Atherton Little League Board and also co-founded and sits on the Board for the Redwood Chapter of the National Junior Basketball Association which in its 7th year has over 500 kids participating on over 50 teams. He is active in coaching both youth baseball and basketball. He currently resides with his wife Lori and their children Katie, Matt and Pete in Atherton on the San Francisco Peninsula where he was born and raised.
