Summary
Katie Bouchard joined GVA Kidder Mathews
Valuation Advisory Services in January of 2005. Prior to joining our
Valuation Advisory Team, Katie completed a dual Master’s degree in Urban
Planning and Social Work at the University of Michigan. This
educational experience is a great compliment to Katie’s previous five
years of appraising experience.
Property types appraised include commercial
and industrial land, industrial facilities, office buildings, and retail
centers. She has performed services for a variety of clients including
public agencies, lending institutions, and private parties.
