Career Highlights

Eric H. Bluestein brings over 10 years of expertise in sales and leadership positions to GVA Kidder Mathews’ San Francisco office.  Eric maintains strong client relationships by creating a strategic vision for their future real estate needs and by capitalizing on current market conditions.  At GVA Kidder Mathews, Eric focuses on tenant and landlord representation services in the office and life science sectors.

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Eric was a member of the Northern California Corporate Advisory Services team at UGL-Equis Corporation, where he specialized in tenant representation real estate services for office, life science, and industrial users in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Notably, Eric helped secure a strong credit subtenant for the underutilized space of a non-profit organization in San Francisco, saving the charity nearly $250K over their lease term.

In addition to his real estate experience, Eric worked at Airtreks.com, where he was director of a national sales team that led the company to revenue gains in excess of 100% over a 3 year period.

Education

Eric H. Bluestein received his B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a certificate in Environmental Studies.  He resides in San Francisco and enjoys traveling, hiking, boating, and gardening.
