Career Summary

Todd joined GVA Kidder Mathews in 2001, and has 14 years of experience primarily representing tenants in negotiations relating to lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and property acquisition. Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, he was a senior office broker at Trammell Crow Company, an international real estate services firm, and he started his real estate career with The Norman Company, a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in downtown Seattle office leasing. He has leased or sold over 1 million square feet of office space during his career.

Todd has lived in the Puget Sound region for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of the Puget Sound commercial office marketplace, where he focuses on tenant representation and the leasing of commercial office properties in the greater Seattle market place.

Community Involvement

Todd enjoys tennis, fishing and traveling with his family. He has served on the Young Alumni Board at the University of Washington, the Board of the Seattle Tennis Club, and has volunteered for the Cystic Fibrosis Guild of Seattle, McGilvra Elementary School, and the Madison Park Community Council.
