Summary
Colleen Barker has 10 years of experience in managing diverse portfolios
of office, retail and multi-use buildings.
Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews Property Management Services,
Colleen worked for Colliers International as a property manager with
responsibility for a portfolio of suburban office and retail properties.
Colleen has garnered her experience in a number of diverse markets,
including South Africa, Canada and the USA. She has extensive experience
managing capital improvement projects and worked on the retail expansion
project of the Vancouver International Airport in Vancouver, Canada.
Colleen currently manages a portfolio of commercial office, medical
research and hi-tech facilities, as well as several owners’
associations. In this capacity Colleen has oversight of all aspects of
day to day operations, budgeting, lease administration, vendor selection
and contract management, monthly and quarterly reporting and tenant
relations. The portfolio includes properties owned by limited liability
corporations, and public/state agencies.
Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and
English and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Washington.
