Career Summary

Cini K. Apostol is the Vice President of Property Management Services for our Portland, Oregon office.  Historically, she has specialized in the management and the leasing of office and retail properties in Oregon.  Her focus within GVA Kidder Mathews is to continue to develop relationships with our current and potential clients within the Pacific Northwest, assist in the growth of our Portland portfolio, and oversee and guide the Property Management Services group in Portland.  Cini has managed many property transitions and excels at establishing systems and operating procedures for all commercial real estate products.

Over the past 16 years, she has managed and leased more than 2 million square feet of Class A & B office product and industrial product as Senior Property Manager/General Manager for private and institutional owners.  The majority of her experience has been as an owner's representative.

Cini has personally leased more than 298,000 square feet of space and has managed tenant improvement construction valuing in ranges up to $3 million.  Cini specializes in adding value to assets.  She was part of the development management team for the 270,000 square foot office tower, Liberty Centre.  She has managed eight Class A and B mid and high-rise office buildings between 113,900 - 800,000 square feet each.  Her experience varies from new construction to historic register properties.  Most notably was her management of the 800,000 square foot historic monument, Montgomery Park.  Montgomery Park consisted of office, retail and event center uses.  Her properties excel due to her positive relations with most anchor tenants in the Pacific Northwest, her financial prowess, her organizational strengths, and her belief that one must always exceed the expectation of their clients and customers.

Cini is licensed in real estate for The State of Oregon.  She is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  Additionally, she was on and chaired the BOMA Education Committee for four years.

Cini studied Social Science at Portland State University.  She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM^®), and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designations.
