Dominic Accetturo is a leader in the downtown Tacoma real estate market. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 1999, Dominic has specialized in Tenant/Landlord representation, investment/user sales, and market research of the entire Puget Sound Region. From 1999-2000, Dominic was responsible for marketing Colliers International’s properties, web development, and market reports. From 2000-2001 Dominic was promoted to Colliers International’s Corporate Services Group, where he researched the international real estate markets, followed trends in the high tech industry, and helped secure international clients.

Facilitated the sale of the Washington Building in downtown Tacoma for $9.6 million;
Represented both Buyer and Seller in the disposition of Tacoma’s most famous icon, The Old City Hall Building, for $3,760,000;
Represented Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in securing downtown Tacoma office space of 17,000 square feet;
Representative of Diamond Parking (d.b.a. Rainier Properties) in Pierce County;
Represented Miravest, Inc. – Investment sale of newly developed retail/office building in Stadium District valued at $3,465,000;
Landlord representative of Horizon Partners Northwest, one of the largest building owners in Tacoma, including Old City Hall, Horizon Pacific Center, 1102 Commerce, and El Gaucho Restaurant;
Negotiated and closed an apartment/condominium conversion at 216 Broadway for Metropolitan Development Group valued at $2,100,000;
Sale of the Avalon Apartments (apartment/condominium) in the Stadium District, representing Metropolitan Development Group for $1,175,000;
Represented Frontier Bank in leasing 3,600 square foot in downtown Tacoma for a commercial loan office;
Pine Street Partners – lease-up of newly developed retail/office building in Sixth Avenue Business District including investment sale valued at $1,872,000.
