Career Summary

Scott Coombs graduated from the University of Washington in 1980 and immediately entered the commercial real estate business.

Over his 26-year career he has gained extensive experience in brokerage, property management, acquisitions, and development, while holding senior management positions with several of the areas prominent real estate companies, including The Koll Company, Spieker Properties, Unico, and Equity Office.

He began his real estate brokerage career with CB Richard Ellis, and then held the position of Vice President and Branch Manager of Colliers International’s Bellevue office for eight years.

Prior to joining GVA Kidder Mathews, Scott was the Vice President and Seattle Regional Manager for Harsch Investment Properties.  At Harsch, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s Seattle operations, including property management, leasing, acquisitions, and development.

He has served as a Director for numerous organizations including The Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, the Bellevue Boys and Girls Clubs, and is currently on the Board of Directors of NAIOP.   Scott is also active in BOMA, and the Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
